Refund, Cancellation & Participation Flexibility Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your registration for a conference that we are organizing. In order to provide you with a fair and transparent refund policy, we have outlined the following terms and conditions:

Flexible Participation Options
If you are unable to attend the conference in person, you may:
  • Transfer your registration to another participant, OR
  • Defer your registration to a future conference in the same series, OR
  • Opt for a virtual presentation option (if available)
Please inform us at least 14 days prior to the conference.
If you are unable to attend due to:
  • Visa rejection
  • Travel restrictions
  • Flight disruptions or unforeseen travel issues
We will support you with:
  • Transfer to the next conference edition, OR
  • Virtual presentation option
Kindly share relevant supporting documents.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as travel restrictions or global disruptions):
  • The conference may be rescheduled or conducted in a hybrid/virtual format
  • Your registration will be automatically carried forward to the updated event

As conference arrangements involve advance commitments and costs, registration fees are generally non-refundable.

However, partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at the discretion of the organizers, after deducting administrative and processing costs.

If the conference is cancelled by the organizers:
  • Participants will receive a full refund, OR
  • Option to transfer registration to a future event
