Refund policy
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your registration for a conference that we are organizing. In order to provide you with a fair and transparent refund policy, we have outlined the following terms and conditions:
Offline (In-person) Registration Fee
- 1. If informed not less than 45 days to the conference then iConferences will refund the full registration fee minus the 80 USD administration fee.
- 2. If informed not less than 21 days to the conference then 50% will be refunded.
- 3. Anything informed less than 21 days will not be refunded.
Online Registration Fee
- 1. If informed not less than 45 days to the conference then iConferences will refund the full registration fee minus the 50 USD administration fee.
- 2. If informed not less than 21 days to the conference then 50% will be refunded.
- 3. Anything informed less than 21 days will not be refunded.
Please note that the handling fee of 5% will not be refunded which is already been deducted from our bank and that cannot be refunded.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the credit card you used to register for the Conference. The refund process will take up to 25 days.
In the event, iConferences must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, hotel or facility availability, commodities or supplies, war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”), will reschedule the affected Conference, if and as practical under the circumstances, and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled Conference.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled SilverAge conference, then you may transfer the registration fee you paid (to another party or to another conference organized by iConferences), upon written notification to the 5th International Conference on Gerontology and Geriatrics Medicine 2025 or request to refund your registration fee. However, iConferences does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; including charges made for travel and lodging.
If there is a difference in the registration fees between the affected Conference and the alternative Conference, the difference in the registration fees will be charged or refunded, as applicable.
