Such as the keynote speeches by experts in the field, panel discussions with different perspectives, workshops with hands-on activities, networking sessions with other professionals, exhibition booths with innovative products or services, and poster presentations with research findings.
Access to the conference materials
Such as the program booklet and abstract book that contains the schedule and abstracts of the sessions, name badge that identifies the attendee and their affiliation, tote bag that can be used to carry the materials and other items, and pen that can be used to take notes or fill out forms.
Access to the refreshments
Meals, or social events that are provided by iConferences. These may include coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, receptions, or parties. These are opportunities for attendees to interact with each other and enjoy some food and entertainment.
Publication opportunities
Such as free of charge publication in the conference proceedings with a unique DOI and individual guidance on how to successfully submit your paper to reputed journals.
Important:
1. The registration fee does not include travel, accommodation, or visa expenses, which are the responsibility of the attendees. Attendees need to arrange their own transportation to and from the conference venue, book their own hotel rooms or other lodging options, and apply for their own visas if they are traveling from another country. The organizers may provide some information or assistance on these matters, but they are not liable for any issues or costs that may arise.
2. Please note that one presenter can only present up to a Maximum of 2 presentations. If the co-authors are willing to join the 6th International Conference on
Gerontology & Geriatric
Medicine 2025 they must register for the conference.
3. The group rate will be only applicable if there are a minimum of 3 participants in the group. The group rate is a per-person rate.
